Description

Duoderm dressings consist of a semipermeable polyurethane film that is impermeable to micro-organisms. Coated with a thin, reliable thin adhesive layer, Duoderm dressings allow wounds to stay moist, promoting epithelialisation. Duoderm supports debridement and are simple to use. They can be moulded or cut to shape to treat awkward areas. Duoderm dressings are waterproof, allowing patients to bathe and shower with the dressing in place. Duoderm can be used as a primary dressing or as a secondary dressing with another appropriate dressing.
