Stays on great and last a long time....immediate relief for tennis elbow and the smell is pleasant and I don't think it last very long but I do love how the vapors work on colds and headaches so for me...I love that part of it also. Getting hard to find and I'm not sure why ...it's not a gel...it's a cream and the effects go deep and last the longest of anything I've found so far. I do love the Sombra products ....but I would never give up Deep Heat. Small amount works great and last a long time. Around the hairline for headaches ....or a little on a steamy towel for stuffiness ...added plus for a great product.

This has always worked better for us and family members than other similar products. The true deep heat heats fast and is deep penetrating and knocks out the discomfort of sore and tight muscles. For those who don't want a medicine scent, the mentholatum scent only lasts a short while, which clothing can camouflage. This is the best for alleviating soreness and even deep pain on some joints. We've used this product for over 40 years.

This product is hard to find in stores, but my husband has been using it for over 50 years. I was glad to find it again. He uses it for muscle aches and pains, when he sleeps on his neck the wrong way and even for headaches! He doesn't ever want to be without it. And it's been the same good product all these years.

I can't believe how well this stuff works. I sleep on a crappy mattress so I wake up with neck and back pain quite frequently. I've gotten used to most of the aches but every so often I get one that takes me out. I apply just a small application and I feel better within minutes. Any type of pain I had is usually gone within the next day or so, if I apply at night. My mother brought it for me at a store a few years ago and I have not been able to find it since. Thankfully Amazon.com came to the rescue. Its truly is the best kept secret.

I searched the pharmacies then tried Amazon to find Aspercreme Heat. Apparently it was discontinued for some reason. That product was fantastic with instant relief. Nothing was as effective. So I bought Deep Heating which is close in result, but I must apply this present cream often to soothe the knee pain.

I've tried nearly everything. I have neuropathy and the pain in my arms and legs is (at night) severe. I also broke my right shoulder and wrist and the wrist did not heal right, which adds considerably to the aching in my right arm. I was taking Lyrica but didn't like the side effects, tried every cream, rub, spray on the market (Salon Pas, Penetrex .... name it). This is the first thing that actually works. It is HOT, I warn you, but that may be what makes it effective. But again be forewarned it is hot!

i have tried every product out there for sore bones and muscles and aches like icy hot, vicks, aspercrea, voltaren biofreeze etc.....gotta tell you that deep heating takes the cake....it numbs you for awhile where you can deal with the pain...i wouldnt use any other, ive referred alot of people. you can not buy it in the store anymore at least i dont see it anymore,,,,and was so excited to find this good deal,,,,I have 3 tubes left out of 6 gave 2 away and used the rest,,,it is a must have for soreness for me

can feel the heat initially yet would not last long. so far so good. May be my requirement expectation a bit higher.

Use the Deep Heat for shoulder ache and it works! Very happy with product. Only issue is you have to wash it off your hands with warm water and soap TWICE. I do not like the odor,but the product works - small sacrifice.
