You need to use these trigger balls two at a time, if you want to go up and down your back - and this sleeve works, despite flaw
I'm giving it four stars because of the ridiculous annoyance of the plastic handle piece digging into your back sometimes - but I was tempted to give 5.The reason is that when you get these fantastic trigger balls (which are much, much better than lacrosse balls, in my opinion - the exact nature of the resiliency makes a big difference) - you really often want to use two of them together so you can roll them up and down your back, and a sock is too long to keep the two of them from sliding apart in a sock. This device, despite the annoying black piece, does the job. Since there's no other thing easy to find like it and because these trigger balls are so for-real serious for good health in a yoga room, I am close to giving them 5 stars. They work in all the important ways that they should work, and the plastic piece doesn't really hurt or interfere too frequently to knock a star off. However, what an annoying nuisance that black plastic piece is. In the end, I did knock a star off because of that.

Keeps massage balls in sync
This little sleeve works well to keep two balls positioned to apply pressure to each side of the spine. I use when seated on the soft to ease upper back tension that can result from my sitting for longer periods or even watching TV. Also, good for storing two balls to give some sense of order to a wellness 'tool box'.

sleeve
Works great. It does hold to lacrosse balls. great for working the middle of your back. Doesn't separate when rolling on the floor.

Mis Sized !!!
awful. will not fit two balls in it as advertised. too small. am still trying to stretch this. may have to return or ask them to ship another one. been struggling for weeks now as has my wife.

i get the concept but you'd be better off buying a double ball roller that is fused ...
it's kind of pointless. the sleeve bunches up on itself when roll on it with the 2 balls inside. that means it is really hard to roll on once it's bound up on itself because it doesn't want to roll straight. i get the concept but you'd be better off buying a double ball roller that is fused together, not in a sack.

Great addition to my mobility gear
Much better than taping balls together! Allows the user to swap between harder and softer balls from various companies until you find the right pressure for you. Also expands mobility options for the traveler!

Best $10 I've spent this year.
Perfect.I sleep on my side, and however I stretch my shoulder under me sometimes, I wake up in makes-my-day-less fun amounts of pain. I had my first kid last week, slept in a chair at the hospital, and spent two days going "ow ow ow" while trying to hold a baby. I figured it was time to try a new round of back gadgets, and bought this one first.Previously, I've tried a chiropractor, three different massage therapists, the Back Buddy, Back Magic, a few heating pads, a foam roller, and at times, begging my wife for a back rub. This silly sock with two balls in it? Yeah, best I've found, hands down.Put two balls into this, laid down on my back with this straddling my spine, slid until I found a spot that hurt, and stayed there for 20-30 seconds. Raised my hands straight up in the air, then with alternating arms, brought them straight down over my head (like the Statue of Liberty?) Then pulled my arms to my chest, and did a quarter of a sit-up, putting a lot of weight on this for 10-15 seconds. Then rolled it to the next spot that was still sore.Have done that every other day, and had no back issues; awesome.FWIW: instead of spending $10 per ball to put something in here, I stuck two lacrosse balls into it. ($3 each.) They barely fit; the sock is super snug. Looks good to me.
