Very nice digital book. The search function allowed me to type and arrive at every key word I needed

The book is well written and a useful resource but overpriced for college text and the price keeps it from being a part of every educator's and school's professional development library and that is a shame.

The book itself is a standard textbook, but what is really frustrating is I bought the digital copy and it only works on my tablet/phone. I didn't realize before purchasing that it wouldn't work on the Kindle App for PC, which is annoying because that's the easiest way for me to read for school.

The book is pretty thorough thought it can be a little dry if you don't have a background in law.Still, super helpful and does an excellent job breaking down case law related to Sp.Ed. I ended up doing a rental instead of buying the actual book because new editions always come out.

This textbook is easy to read and understand the material. It includes a subject and case index.

Textbook for a Master's class

If you're a new teacher trying to get Special Education certification, definitely by this book. It is now your bible. It will help you so much, very easy to read. Very well written.
