I have a lot of serious health conditions and I was very skeptical that this would help even if it was small change but these two pills make a huge difference in my daily life. I have only taken it for week now. These supplements have helped my memory / foggy brain, sleep, energy (which is probably where I struggled most with pain keeping me up), my overall attitude and just better overall in less than week. Like I said I wasn’t expecting much but if all keeps going well I will continue because my condition causes severe inflammation all over my body and I can honestly feel less swollen and puffy on top of all the other benefits! I will start my daughter and mother on them! Amazing supplement!

i've been feeling a lot better using this product. But here's the best part i've gone from completely grey to salt and pepper. That's right i have my jet black hair growing back it's been amazing.

Starting my second week so far so good. No side effects, my energy level is coming back no more muscle cramps, hair loss seems less, bloating is calming.

Works well but capsules are so big I have a hard time swallowing them. Because of that I'm looking for an alternative.

This supplement is fantastic. Thyroid issues that nothing could really solve. I have been researching for years and finally saw something that iodine could be the key for vitamin absorption in thyroid issues. This supplement was recommended on Amazon. Within a week of taking it I felt way better. My throat was was less swollen and my body just feels better. Highly recommend.

Updated: Their customer service is good, offered refund even tho amazon doesn’t accept. After first use I had a burning sensation and pain on my stomach.

I’ve been taking these supplements for about 1 week, now. The trouble I’m having is falling asleep at night. I’ve never had a problem going to sleep and staying asleep. I only take 1 pill per day and that seems sufficient. I will monitor and see if it is the culprit keeping me up. I can’t have that. Other than that, you have to drink lots of water to keep it from coming up in a burp. Best with a meal. No other side effects and I am walking again. One day at a time. I hope this is my go to. I want something to work.
