Lightly touch the powder and gently rub in a buffing circular pattern onto your nails until evenly covered, ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT IS NEEDED. Step 4. Smooth over the powder stuck to the nail, remove any left over powder. If you do not do this step, your nails will have a GLITTERY EFFECT. Step 5.
